All orders are delivered within 1–3 business days after order confirmation and payment verification.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
During high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.

4. Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
- A flat ₹60 shipping fee applies to orders below ₹999.

Cash on Delivery (COD) may include an additional fee (visible at checkout).
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, a tracking ID and link will be sent via email or SMS.

6. Order Delays / Undelivered Orders
In rare cases of delays:

- If the package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, it will be returned to us.
- Re-shipping will be initiated once updated delivery details are confirmed.
7. Packaging
All products are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit.
If your package arrives damaged, please take photos and notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
