1. About Jivitha Creations

Jivitha Creations is a women’s wear brand offering thoughtfully designed apparel through our website and other authorized sales channels.

We reserve the right to update our products, prices, offers and website content from time to time.

2. Products & Product Information

We make every effort to display our products, colours, sizes, measurements and descriptions accurately.

However, slight variations in colour, print placement, texture, embroidery or appearance may occur due to fabric characteristics, handcrafted processes, photography, lighting and individual screen settings.

Such natural variations do not necessarily indicate a product defect.

3. Prices & Offers

• All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹).
• Applicable taxes are included unless specifically stated otherwise.
• Promotional offers, discount codes and bundle offers are subject to their stated terms.
• Offers cannot be combined unless specifically mentioned.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing or promotional errors and cancel an order placed due to an obvious pricing error.

4. Orders & Order Acceptance

Placing an order does not automatically guarantee acceptance.

Your order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation from Jivitha Creations.

We may cancel or decline an order in exceptional situations, including product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity or incorrect customer information.

If we cancel a prepaid order, the applicable refund will be processed to the original payment method.

5. Payment

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout, including UPI, cards, net banking and other available payment options.

COD may be available for eligible orders and locations.

You agree to provide accurate payment and contact information while placing your order.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are generally dispatched within 1–2 working days.

Delivery generally takes 3–7 working days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote locations may require additional time.

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared with you.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, public holidays, operational disruptions or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Cancellation & Address Changes

If you need to change your delivery address or cancel an order, please contact us before the order is dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, the address cannot normally be changed and cancellation may not be possible.

For COD orders, repeated refusal or non-acceptance of parcels may affect future COD availability.

8. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Jivitha offers a 3-day size exchange from the date of delivery, subject to availability.

Products must be unused, unwashed and unaltered, with original tags and packaging intact.

For products that arrive damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the required photographs and unboxing video.

A ₹200 exchange fee applies to eligible size exchanges. There is no exchange fee for an approved damaged or defective product.

Refunds are provided only for approved damaged/defective returns, after the returned product has been received and verified.

9. Non-Returnable Products

The following are not eligible for return or exchange unless the product is received damaged, defective or incorrect:

• Products purchased under final-sale/Flat 50% offers
• Customised products
• Products specifically marked “Non-Returnable”
• Products that have been worn, washed, altered or damaged after delivery
• Products returned without original tags or packaging

10. Size & Fit

Please check the size chart provided on each product page before placing your order.

Measurements may vary slightly between products because of design, fabric and construction.

Customers are responsible for selecting the appropriate size based on the measurements provided.

11. Customisation

Where customisation is offered, please provide accurate measurements and details before confirming your order.

Customised products cannot be exchanged or returned for change of mind or size preference, unless they are received defective, damaged or incorrectly made.

12. Website Use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes.

You must not:

• Attempt to damage or disrupt the website
• Use the website for fraudulent activities
• Copy or misuse our content
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
• Use our website or content for unlawful purposes

We may restrict or terminate access where misuse or fraudulent activity is suspected.

13. Intellectual Property

All Jivitha Creations logos, photographs, product images, designs, graphics, videos, text, website content and other original material belong to Jivitha Creations or its authorized partners.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, publish, sell or commercially use our content without prior written permission.

Our website may use third-party services such as payment gateways, courier partners, analytics tools and other service providers.

We are not responsible for the independent policies, content, availability or practices of third-party websites or services.

15. Website Availability & Accuracy

We aim to keep our website accurate and available at all times. However, we do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free or completely free from technical issues.

We may temporarily suspend or modify the website for maintenance, upgrades or other operational reasons.

16. Limitation of Liability

Jivitha Creations will not be responsible for delays or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including courier disruptions, natural events, technical failures or other unforeseen circumstances.

Our responsibility relating to a purchased product will be handled in accordance with the applicable Shipping and Return/Exchange Policies.

17. Privacy & Customer Information

We collect and use customer information to process orders, provide customer support, arrange delivery, process payments and improve our services.

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
