7-Day Size Exchange Policy

We offer a 7-day exchange policy only for size-related issues. You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your kurti.

Eligibility for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The kurti must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact.
  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • A clear video of the parcel opening is mandatory for exchange requests.

Exchange Conditions

  • Exchanges are accepted only in case of size or damage issues.
  • Customers will bear both-side shipping charges (return & reshipping costs).
  • Exchange requests without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your kurti upon receiving it and contact us immediately if it is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns if the damage was caused by not following care instructions. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific kurti.
Unfortunately, returns are not accepted on sale items or gift cards.
