What is your Shipping Policy?
Domestic Shipping (India):
  • Dispatch in 2-4 working days; delivery in 6-8 working days, subject to courier.
  • Working days are Monday-Friday; weekends not included.
International Shipping:
  • Orders are shipped in 2-6 working days (Monday-Friday only).
  • Shipping rates as applicable at the time of purchase.

Please do not accept a tampered parcel; we will not be responsible for it. Tracking details are emailed once dispatched.

Do you ship across India?

YES - Pan-India Shipping! Our delivery network in India covers:

  • All states & union territories
  • Metro cities
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities
  • Remote areas (may take extra days)
What if I'm not home during delivery?

Before Delivery: The courier will call you to confirm a convenient time. You can provide specific delivery instructions.

If You Miss It:

  • Courier will retry the next day.
  • You can contact the courier directly (via SMS details).
  • Reschedule delivery or keep your phone accessible.

Suggestion: Add an alternate phone number, specify a safe drop location, or use a trusted neighbor.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we do ship worldwide. Shipping charges apply to International orders and will be subject to rates at the time of purchase.

  • Order confirmations are also sent via email.
Can I change my address after placing the order?

Yes, you can change the delivery address as long as your order has not left the warehouse. Once the order has been shipped, it is not possible to modify the delivery address.

Is my payment secure?

100% Secure Transactions: We use encryption, an SSL certified gateway, and two-factor authentication.

We NEVER store: Card numbers, CVV codes, or Banking passwords.

What payment methods does Jivitha accept?

We accept Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, and Wallets.

Return & Exchange Policy

What is your exchange policy?

Exchange Window: Must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility:

  • Exchanges are allowed only for SIZE issues (subject to availability).
  • Items purchased with promotional offers or under the "Flat 50% Offer" are not eligible for exchange.

Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and with original tags intact.

What is the process for returns/exchanges?
  1. Type 'Raise an Exchange or Return' via WhatsApp or Email.
  2. Mention your Order ID.
  3. Mention the Reason for Exchange.
  4. Mention the product to be replaced along with the required Size.
  5. Pay the differential amount (if any) once availability is confirmed.
  6. Wait for approval. As soon as the returned product reaches our warehouse, the exchanged item will be dispatched (delivered in 3-4 business days).
What is your return policy for damaged products?

Returns are only accepted if the product is damaged or defective.

Process:

  1. WhatsApp +91 9891401888 with a photo and a full parcel-opening video clearly showing the defect.
  2. After verification, a pickup will be arranged. (If pickup is unavailable, ship via India Speed Post; charges refunded via receipt).
  3. Refunds are processed to the original payment source or Google Pay within 3 days of receipt.
Can I exchange for a different product or color?

YES. You can exchange for a different size, color, design, or a completely different product.

  • Exchange Fee: Rs 200
  • Price Difference: If the new item is higher priced, you pay the difference. If lower, there is no refund of the difference.
What happens after the 7 Days exchange window?

NO Exchanges Possible. NO Returns. NO Exceptions.

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery and contact support ASAP if there are issues.

How do I find my perfect size?

A Size Chart Image is available on EVERY product page containing detailed measurements for Bust, Waist, Hip, and Length.

Measurement Tips: Use a soft measuring tape, keep it parallel to the floor, and do not pull tight.

What sizes do you offer?

We generally offer S | M | L | XL | XXL (2XL) across most collections. Please check the specific product page for availability.

I'm between two sizes - which should I choose?

Generally, our kurtis have a comfortable, relaxed fit.

Recommendation: Choose your regular size. If you prefer a looser fit, size up. Always check the model height/size info and customer reviews.

Washcare & Maintenance

How should I wash my Jivitha Apparels?

Hand-Wash Recommended:

  • Use cold water (30°C or less) and mild detergent.
  • Gentle hand-wash; do not scrub hard or wring.
  • Wash dark colors separately.
  • Handblock prints: Turn inside-out and don't soak too long.
Can I machine wash my items?

Some mill-dyed fabrics can be machine washed on a gentle cycle with cold water. However, Handblock printed, embroidered, and piece-dyed fabrics must be Hand-Washed only.

When in doubt, always Hand-wash!

How should I dry my ethnic wear?

CRITICAL: DRY IN SHADE INSIDE OUT.

  • Turn garment inside-out.
  • Hang in a shaded, well-ventilated area.
  • NEVER use direct sunlight (causes fading) or a machine dryer.
