1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India. For international shipping requests, please contact us directly at hello@jivithacreations.com.

2. Processing Time

  • All orders are delivered within 1–3 business days after order confirmation and payment verification.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

  • During high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.

3. Shipping Time & Delivery

  • Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days (depending on location)

  • Delivery timelines may vary slightly for remote or non-metro areas.

Please note: Delays may occur due to external factors like weather, strikes, or courier issues.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping is available on all prepaid orders above ₹999.

  • A flat ₹60 shipping fee is charged on orders below ₹999.

  • COD (Cash on Delivery) may include an additional fee (visible at checkout).

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, a tracking ID and link will be sent via email or SMS. You can use this to track the live status of your package.

6. Order Delays / Undelivered Orders

In rare cases of delays:

  • Our team will notify you via email or call.

  • If the package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failure to receive, it will be returned to us. We will reattempt shipping once we’ve confirmed your updated details.

7. Packaging

All products are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit. If your package arrives damaged, please take photos and notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
