Returns & Exchanges for Online Purchases
Jivitha products are made with utmost care and we ensure high quality standards. As a policy, we do not offer any returns on products which are delivered in perfect condition. Return is only done if:
- If you find that you’ve made an error with size of your clothing then we will be happy to exchange your product for a replacement.
- In case of damage – Damaged product will be returned / exchanged at no cost; however, it will be approved by Jivitha after seeing the parcel opening video of the product along with the damage in the cloth and it is to be in one reel.

* date of purchase,
* Items you wish to return or exchange ( SKU no.)
* Reason for return and exchange.
Please note: All sales are final and products are eligible only for exchanges in size.
- For exchange Parcel opening video with the concern must be shown to us.
- Discounted products are not applicable for any exchange/return. All sales are final.
- Few of the Jivitha products are hand block/ screen printed and made with utmost care by our craftsmen in rural areas. However, if any minor printing variation/ irregularities may be noticed on the fabric, these instances should not be treated as a defect in the product.
- Please read item descriptions carefully and note sizes of products. Please also know monitors are calibrated differently and colours, while may be close, may not be 100% accurate. In the event of an exchange, the buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.
- To exchange a product, our Customer Care Team should be contacted within 2 days of receiving delivery at +91 9891401888 or write us at email@example.com with the intent of exchange. Please mention the order number and date of purchase in the subject line to help us quickly process your exchange request.
- In order for us to approve any exchanges, please ensure that the merchandize is unused, unworn and undamaged with tags intact and the parcel opening video is must.
- Please ensure that all the returned items are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
- All exchange vouchers issued have a 1-month validity.
