At Jivitha Creations, we strive to ensure your shopping experience is smooth and satisfying. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help with a clear and easy return and refund process.

1. Return Policy

Eligibility for Return

You may request a return if:

  • You received the wrong item, damaged, or defective product

  • You are unsatisfied with the fit or quality (subject to approval)

Conditions for Return

  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact

  • Returns without proper packaging or used items will not be accepted

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Products purchased on sale, discount, or clearance

  • Customized or altered garments

  • Accessories, innerwear, or any item marked as non-returnable on the product page

2. Return Process

  1. Email us at hello@jivithacreations.com or call +91 98914 01888 within 7 days of receiving the product

  2. Mention your order number, reason for return, and attach product images (if damaged/wrong item)

  3. Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address (where available)

  4. If pickup service is not available in your area, you may be asked to ship the item to us

3. Refund Policy

When is a Refund Issued?

Refunds are issued in the following cases:

  • Order cancellation before shipping

  • Item returned and approved after inspection

  • Undelivered order due to seller/courier issue

Refund Mode & Time

  • Prepaid Orders: Refund will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

  • COD Orders: Refunded via UPI or bank transfer after confirmation (please share details)

Refund will be processed only after the returned product passes our quality check.

4. Exchange Option

  • Replacement orders will be delivered with 5-7 business days

  • If you need a different size, we will gladly offer a free exchange (one-time per order, subject to stock availability)

  • Exchanges follow the same return process

5. Important Notes

  • Products must be securely packed to avoid damage during return transit

  • Jivitha Creations reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet our policy conditions
